Our role
Massage Pillow Source is an independent sourcing service for US business buyers. We help turn a purchasing request into a consistent supplier brief, organize factory responses and expose differences that need buyer review. Production, distribution authorization, medical care and product certification remain outside our role. No catalog entry proves stock, supplier approval, regulatory status or health benefit.
Our work is designed around traceable decisions: what the buyer requested, what a supplier actually proposed, which evidence is tied to that model and which questions remain open. The buyer chooses the supplier, approves the product and determines whether qualified technical, regulatory or clinical review is needed.
We organize: a structured record of requested mechanism, dimensions, materials, controls, power, plug and accessories.
Buyer decides: intended channel, acceptable alternatives and the final product requirements. A sourcing brief does not replace product expertise or professional advice.
We compare: stated quantity units, packaging basis, currency, destination and delivery scope across responses.
Buyer confirms: demand by variant, order basis, US destination, budget context and acceptable commercial terms before approval.
We track: requested labels, manuals, test information, samples and stated production or dispatch assumptions.
Buyer verifies: whether exact-product evidence and timing meet the intended market and buyer approval process.
The buyer brief provides the product purpose, configuration, quantity, pack plan, destination, timing and required documents. We do not silently fill gaps; unanswered items remain visible for discussion.
Product-family references can suggest attributes to ask about, such as mechanism or power input. They do not establish our inventory, authorization, supplier relationship or the specifications of a future offer.
Every factory is asked to identify its exact proposed model, scope, price basis, included components, packaging, documents, timing and exclusions. The buyer assesses that response and records final approval.
